Sand production line is  mainly formed by  jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor combination,which is specialized for construction projects. Due to its production conditon, sand production line is vulnerable to wear and tear, which affects its service life.Well, do you know what methods can extend the service life of the sand production line?
 
1.Clean gravel.The completion of the sand production line requires different euipment together to realize,therefore,  the gravel is is even more can not be ignored which hidden in the various  equipment.Parts of the machine even if only to wear a small corner that is going to affect the overall efficiency and quality of work, efficiency and energy consumption,which can be on the equal sign, slow efficiency, increasing energy consumption , so will reduce the life of the production line.
