Calcium carbonate is a valuable resource,which is widely used as a building material and an important raw material for many industries. It can be used to produce cement and produce coated grade heavy calcium carbonate products for high-grade papermaking,it can also be used as a filler in the production process of plastics, coatings, etc.

The common processing technology of calcium carbonate is using a special grinding mill to make it into powder. According to the different grinding fineness, the industry is divided into four different specifications: single flight, double flight, three fly, four fly. 

Single fly powder:
It is used to produce anhydrous calcium chloride and is an auxiliary raw material for the production of sodium dichromate. The main raw material for glass and cement production. In addition, it is also used in building materials and poultry feed.

Double fly powder:
It is a raw material for the production of anhydrous calcium chloride and glass, white filler for rubber and paint, and building materials.

Three flying powder:
Used as a filler for plastics, paint putties, paints, plywood and paints.

Four flying powder:
It is used as a filler for wire insulation, a rubber molded product, and a filler for asphalt linoleum.
