During the aluminum shredder production,there is inevitablle to be a breakdown.Such as, when the aluminum shredder spindle is used for a long time, it will cause bending deformation and affect the production efficiency of the shredder. Bending the spindle of the aluminum shredder can have the following serious consequences:
1. Affect the service life of the spindle;
2. The blade produces interference cutting to reduce the service life of the blade;
3. Affect the size of the processed materials;
4. Reduce bearing life;
5. Not easy to assemble;
6. If the reducer is directly connected, the service life of the reducer will be reduced; the belt drive will be used to easily jump the belt and reduce the service life of the V-belt.

The aluminum shredder correction steps are as follows:
 
1. Use the press to calibrate the fourth segment.
2. Use the four-jaw chuck to clamp the fifth section, use the central frame support structure to support the third section, and align the fourth section center. Hit the center eye, then use the thimble to withstand, remove the center frame, the first and third sections of the finished car, and the vacant part of the rough car.
3. Spindle head change processing. Use the four-jaw chuck to clamp the first section, use the center frame support structure to support the fifth section, and align the fourth section center. Hit the center eye, then use the thimble to withstand, remove the center frame, the fifth section of the fine car, the rough car vacancy part.
