Dry powder mixers use bolted links to join the parts that need to be fixed together. This type of connection is called a threaded connection. It can be seen that threaded connection plays an important role in the dry powder mixer.
1. Dry powder mixer bolt connection: The bolt connection package is connected by the bolt connection and the shear bolt.
2. Stud connection: Both ends of the stud link screw have threads at both ends. When assembled, one end is screwed to the connected piece and the other end is equipped with a nut. It is suitable for the case where one of the connected parts is thick and needs to be disassembled. 3. Set screw connection: Fixed screw joints usually have threads. After screwing, the end of the screw is used to hold the surface of another part or to screw into the corresponding notch of the part, so that the relative position of the fixed part can transfer little axial force or torque.
4. Dry powder mixer screw connection: The screw connection is suitable for the thicker one of the connected parts. When there is no need to disassemble, there is a six-point head at one end and no nut is needed.
5. Dry powder mixer threaded joints: There are many types of threaded joints. In the mechanical production, the structural form and size of the threaded joints have been standardized, and the design can be selected according to the relevant standards.
