Since many parts inside the reducer are wearing parts, we have to check the reducer regularly. Check whether the internal parts can be worn. If it is found to be worn, it should be changed in time to ensure that the reducer is running normally. Common wearing parts are: gears, oil seals, bearings. Let us introduce each one below.
1. The gear is the central component inside the reducer. When the reducer is working, the gear and the gear mesh with each other to reach the power transmission effect. Since the gear is usually made of 20CRMNTI data, the speed is very high during operation, and the ordinary can reach about 1500 rpm. Under such high speed operation, the gear is very easy to wear. Therefore, we have to thoroughly check the gears of the reducer every once in a while, to find out in time and change it in time.
2. When the reducer is working, it will generate a lot of heat, which will cause the temperature inside the reducer to rise sharply. The oil seal data is usually made of rubber material, which is easy to change under high temperature conditions, which will make the smooth oil ooze out from the oil seal deformation part, which will also affect the use of the reducer. Therefore, we usually need to check the leakage of the smooth oil of the reducer. Once the problem of oil leakage of the reducer is found, change the oil seal in time, and then add a proper amount of smooth oil to ensure the normal operation of the reducer.
