There are roughly three types of planned overhauls for jaw crushers: minor, intermediate and overhaul.
Minor and intermediate repairs are the main repair methods. Through minor and intermediate repairs, maintain the equipment to make it work well during the two overhauls, and determine the work content of the overhaul. The two repair intervals proposed below are calculated on a three-shift daily basis.
1.The main contents of minor repairs: check and repair the adjustment device, adjust the clearance of the ore discharge; replace the worn liners and thrust plates; repair and replace the transmission parts; clean individual parts of the crusher; Adjust the lubrication system, etc. The interval between minor repairs depends on the operation of the equipment, and it is generally from half a month to once a month.
2.The main content of the intermediate repair: including the entire work content of the minor repair. In addition, replace worn thrust plates, bushings, tie rods, liners; check, turn, grind and cast eccentric shaft bushings, connecting rod head bushings, and movable jaw bushings. The interval between two intermediate repairs depends on the wear of the spindle bush, the connecting rod head bush and the movable jaw bush, and it is generally once a year.
