How to avoid the phenomenon of motor heating of the shredder?

1. The adjustment of the tension of the V-belt of the shredder equipment, when the V-belt is too tight, the motor bearing heats up, when the V-belt is too loose, the rotation speed decreases, and the V-belt is easy to slide, which all affect the service life. When adjusting the tension of the V-belt, the bolt fixing the motor base can be loosened, and the position of the motor on the slide way can be changed with the adjusting bolt, so that the V-belt can reach the required tightness, and then the fixed bolt can be tightened;

2.After the shredder motor works for a certain period of time, it is necessary to add oil or open the cleaning bearing and refill the file base lubricating oil. Restore the lubricity of bearing;

3. If the cutter of shredder is not good enough, it is easy to break the cutter and scrap. This situation is generally caused by the inconsistency between the center of rotation of the spindle and the center of the cutter. When the spindle is running at high speed, if the spindle and the cutter are not concentric, it will not only affect the material forming degree and finished product yield, but also affect the processing effect.

4.The power cord of the shredder equipment motor shall not be too long or entangled. This is easy to cause undervoltage or undercurrent of the motor. I know that the working voltage of the motor is 380 V, and the working current is marked on the motor name plate. The rated current of the wire must be greater than the rated current of the motor. Otherwise, the motor is easy to heat or burn in the case of under voltage or under current.
