How to increase the life of shredder blade
1. When installing the shredder blade, the nut must be tightened properly. If the blade is too loose, it will slide during rotary cutting. If the blade is too tight, internal damage or deformation will affect the cutting effect.

2. Regularly check the radial runout of the main shaft of the machine, and ensure that the cutter blades of the shredder coincide with each other.

3. Before cutting the shredder blade, the operator must wear protective equipment to check whether the saw protective cover is in good condition.

4. After the installation is stable, the blade of the double shaft shredder shall be idle for 30 seconds, and the cutting shall be started after everything is normal.

5. The alloy cutter head of the dual shaft shredder has a sharp and sensitive blade. Therefore, care must be taken to protect the alloy cutter head from damage during moving, installing and removing the blade.

6. Before installing the shredder blade, the debris on the spindle and flange must be removed. The flange face shall be flat and clean and intersect the shaft vertically.
