Raymond pulverizerl is a type of grinder mills which is more common in industry and is suitable for various mineral powder preparation and pulverized coal preparation processes.

The working principle of the Raymond mill is such that, in operation, the material to be pulverized is fed into the machine from the inlet of the side of the main casing, and the grinding roller device suspended on the main frame of the main machine is wound around the vertical axis. Workers need to master the Raymond grinding cavity. Due to the centrifugal force of the spindle rotating material, the roller swings out and presses on the grinding ring. The blade will be sent to the roller grinding material and the roller between the ring to achieve grinding and crushing purposes. The abrasive material is transferred back to the regrind chamber by an air collector that is discharged through the powder tube with the coarse drop to the cyclone powder.
