Raymond pulverizerl is a type of grinder mills which is more common in industry and is suitable for various mineral powder preparation and pulverized coal preparation processes.
The structure of Raymond grinding mill is composed of main machine, analysis machine, pipeline device and blower. It can be equipped with crusher, hoist, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and electric control motor according to user needs.
The working principle of the Raymond mill is such that, in operation, the material to be pulverized is fed into the machine from the inlet of the side of the main casing, and the grinding roller device suspended on the main frame of the main machine is wound around the vertical axis. The revolution, while rotating itself, due to the centrifugal force during the rotation, the grinding roller swings outward, pressing against the grinding ring, causing the blade to shovel the material, and sending it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and rolling the roller to reach The purpose of crushing materials.
Raymond mill material has a certain amount of moisture inside, grinding heat, moisture evaporation, and the machine does not close the channel interface, the external gas is sucked in, so that the circulation increases the pressure to ensure that under the adverse work mill pressure, The influx of dust from the gas increases beyond the purification and discharge of the tube into the atmosphere. Workers need to master the Raymond grinding cavity. Due to the centrifugal force of the spindle rotating material, the roller swings out and presses on the grinding ring. The blade will be sent to the roller grinding material and the roller between the ring to achieve grinding and crushing purposes. The abrasive material is transferred back to the regrind chamber by an air collector that is discharged through the powder tube with the coarse drop to the cyclone powder.
